About Us

Tom Foster is a data scientist with additional experience operating businesses and educating youth. As a jack-of-all-trades, he excels at understanding the dynamics of organizations and developing strategies to lead a group from "here" to "there". Also, as a jack-of-all-trades, he knows when and where to bring in the experts. He has an MS in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland Global Campus as well as degrees from West Virginia University, George Mason University, and the University of Virginia.
